1- Add Fiber in your diet
The Very First thing you need to do is to add more fiber in your meals. It helps to improve your digestion by improving metabolism and that leads to weight Loss. Fiber includes green peas, broccoli ,brussels sprouts, carrot, cucumber, beans ,nuts, chia seeds etc. So first thing you start taking fiber rich food and heal
2- Don’t eat a lot of sugary foods
Yes ..You heard it right. Stop consuming much sugar or at least cut down your sugar intake . There is another healthy forms of sugar that you can surely consider like Jaggery , dates but again only in a limited quantity. Sugar contains fructose, which has been linked to several chronic diseases when consumed in excess.
3- Include physical activity in your daily routine
You can surely get rid of belly fat by taking care of your health but you can not get rid of including physical activity in your daily routine if you want sustainable result. So just for start, It is recommended at least 10,000 steps daily and 3-4 times exercise in a week. Good Luck 🙂
4- Avoid packaged food and Alcohol
Please start doing this if you really want to reduce or get rid of belly fat. Say no to Packaged food or the “ready in 2 mins” foods. These food has no nutritional value. Our Body can not process all these packaged process food easily and it takes many many days to remove it from system. Processed food has a huge role to increase inches on your waistline. Same goes for alcohol as it affects liver very badly.
5- Reduce your stress levels
Here comes the main issue which needs to be taken care of and that is “Stress”. Stress can really mess up with your metabolism by affecting or damaging your liver. So do not underestimate your mental health guys. This can be very serious.
Now the question is “How to take care of your Mental Health”. For a start, just add 5-10 mins of meditation along with your healthy khana peena and of course physical activity. Now what are you waiting for “get up from your chair and start moving guys :D.
6- Improve your metabolism
Here is a question, Why we are talking so much about Metabolism?. Anyone would like to give an answer after went through above 5 points?
So the answer which you know already now that good metabolism is everything to do with our good health or weight loss or belly fat loss. The higher your metabolic rate, the more calories you burn at rest. Many factors can affect your metabolism, including your age, diet, sex, body size, and health status.
7- Drink Sufficient Water
It is highly recommended to drink sufficient water. It helps in flushing out toxins from the body and boost our metabolism. Drinking a glass or two of warm water in the morning can help you in losing weight and belly fat. It will help in cleansing your system. Drinking water reduces appetite and calorie intake and helps in maintaining hydration levels in the body.
8-Stop drinking fruit juice
Although fruit juice provides vitamins and minerals, it’s just as high in sugar as soda and other sweetened beverages. Drinking large amounts may carry the same risk for abdominal fat gain. Instead of drinking fruit juice, try consuming fresh whole fruit as nature provides us. That way you will get fiber also.
